Refund policy

All items are freshly made to order and perishable, so for food-safety reasons products cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared or delivered.

Cancellations

• 48+ hours before delivery: full refund of the order value.
• 24–48 hours before delivery: up to 50% refund (ingredients may already be procured).
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: orders are in production and are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders: please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where warranted. As our products are perishable, please inspect your order on arrival.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days.
