Shipping policy

Delivery area: we currently deliver only within Bangalore.

Delivery charge: a flat ₹170 within Bangalore, added at checkout. Deliveries requested after 7:00 PM may carry an additional night-delivery handling charge.

Lead time: everything is freshly made to order — minimum 24 hours' notice. You choose your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout (standard slots 9:00 AM–7:00 PM).

How it's delivered: orders are hand-delivered via trusted local partners (such as Porter) or our own team, packed carefully to protect delicate decoration. We coordinate exact timing with you on WhatsApp.
